Santa Ana River Surface Water Quality Monitoring Services

The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority seeks a consultant to deliver Santa Ana River surface water quality monitoring services under the TDS and nitrogen management program. The requested scope involves overall program management, transitioning smoothly from the incumbent consultant, maintaining quality assurance plans, and conducting quarterly surface water monitoring alongside annual reporting. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible, and the prime consultant must demonstrate at least five years of relevant surface water monitoring experience and provide three references.
