Erection of One Fire Station at 242 Kyzer Brown Road in Springfield

The Orangeburg County Fire Commission and Fire District require contractor services for the complete erection of a 42-foot by 42-foot 8-inch fire station at 242 Kyzer Brown Road in Springfield, South Carolina. The scope of work encompasses grading and compacting a sand-clay pad, pouring and sealing concrete foundations, unloading and erecting the building structure, connecting electrical power, leveling the site, securing county permits, and disposing of debris within a maximum of 90 days after building delivery. Only U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit pricing on provided forms accompanied by a five percent bid bond, a Non-collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, and a Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Ineligibility to 1437 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, SC 29115 by November 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
