Florida DMS Construction Management Services for the Sixth District Court of Appeal Courthouse

The Florida Department of Management Services Division of Real Estate Development and Management seeks construction management services for the Sixth District Court of Appeal in Lakeland, Florida. The requested scope includes constructing a new courthouse building, a secured parking garage, at-grade employee parking, and associated utility and site improvements. The awarded firm must participate in the preconstruction design process, provide estimates and constructability reviews, support cost control efforts, and manage the bidding process to establish a guaranteed maximum price.
