About this opportunity

AI summary

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo requires a vendor to provide a bylaw incident and report management software solution. The system must support the full incident lifecycle from intake to closure, entity tracking, automated alerts, electronic ticketing capabilities, and GIS-based reporting, while also integrating with ArcGIS. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore vendors to perform work offsite. Proponents must hold a free Bidding System Vendor account and register as a Plan Taker on the bids&tenders platform, where all proposals must be submitted online. The Municipality evaluates proposals across consecutive stages, reviewing mandatory submission requirements in Stage I and mandatory technical requirements and non-pricing rated criteria in Stage II. Qualified proposals then undergo pricing scoring in Stage III. Marking Does Not Meet for any high-priority specification will disqualify a proponent.
