Montana Teacher Registered Apprenticeship Program Services Implementation and Expansion

The State of Montana State Procurement Services Division, on behalf of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, requests proposals to implement and expand Teacher Registered Apprenticeship Programs across the state. This initiative utilizes federal funds awarded under the U.S. Department of Labor's State Apprenticeship Expansion Formula grant. Offerors must meet all mandatory requirements to remain eligible, including completing and uploading business information, scope specifications, offeror qualifications, and cost proposal documents. Awardees must hold a Unique Entity ID from SAM.gov and complete Federal Form NDA889. Proposals must be submitted digitally via eMACS or email before the deadline on January 8, 2027, at 2:00 PM MST.
