Subscription-Based Electronic Flight Bag System for County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner

The County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner seeks a contractor to deliver an offsite, subscription-based electronic flight bag system under a firm fixed fee contract. The requested system must provide current Federal Aviation Administration and Jeppesen aeronautical charts and navigation data, including Visual Flight Rules and Instrument Flight Rules high- and low-altitude enroute charts. The solution must also support web-based and mobile flight planning across devices, comprehensive aviation weather briefings, a GPS-enabled moving map, customizable checklists, and an electronic document management system for aircraft flight manuals.
