RFI: Industry Interest in Use of NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Test Facilities and Capabilities

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Office of JPL Management and Oversight seeks information from all interested parties to assess industry interest in using Jet Propulsion Laboratory test facilities and capabilities. NASA is conducting this standalone market research to evaluate potential short-term or medium-term utilization of facilities in La Cañada Flintridge, California, as well as associated sites such as the Table Mountain Facility in Wrightwood, California. The agency intends to understand industry demand, inform internal planning for access models, identify use cases, and assess workforce, scheduling, and infrastructure considerations. External use of these government-owned facilities is generally subject to cost recovery, usage fees, and potential reimbursement to NASA for facility operations.
