Professional Audit Services for Las Virgenes Municipal Water District and Triunfo Water and Sanitation District

Las Virgenes Municipal Water District and Triunfo Water and Sanitation District are jointly seeking an independent certified public accounting firm to provide annual professional financial audit services across four reporting entities. The selected firm will enter into two separate contracts to audit and issue reports for both water districts, the Las Virgenes-Triunfo Joint Powers Authority, and the Las Virgenes-Triunfo Public Financing Authority, including Single Audits when required. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Interested firms must submit questions by November 27, 2026, and deliver their full technical proposal with a separate cost proposal digitally via email or online through the supplier portal by 5:00 pm on December 4, 2026. A joint evaluation team will assess proposals based on mandatory criteria, technical qualifications, and price.
