Cayuga County Request for Proposals for Legal and Labor Relations Services

Cayuga County requests proposals from onshore USA organizations to provide comprehensive legal services for a one-year contract term. The selected vendor will deliver legal services related to employment and academic employment law, faculty labor relations, civil service matters, policy and compliance advisory, collective bargaining, and union grievances, alongside providing written opinions and representation at hearings, arbitrations, and litigation. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Sealed bids must arrive in physical printed paper form to Amanda O'Grady, Director of Purchasing, by December 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened in Auburn, New York. The county will automatically disqualify any email submissions.
