Job Grading, Role Clarity, and Salary Structure Review Service

CIVICUS seeks specialist consultants or teams to conduct an independent review of its job grading framework, role descriptions, and salary structure. The selected consultant will assess role consistency, recommend approaches to strengthen job descriptions, benchmark salaries against international civil society and NGO comparators, evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, and provide an evidence-based final report with implementation options. Only South Africa organizations are eligible according to the listing, though physical presence is not required because all work is remote.
