Township Attorney and Director of Law Legal Services

The Township of Old Bridge seeks a qualified consultant to provide township attorney services and serve as the director of law. Responsibilities include advising on employee, human resource, and labor matters; representing the municipality in real estate transactions and tax appeals before the county board of taxation; assisting with ordinances, resolutions, and land use matters; and handling mortgage refinancing for affordable units. Eligible applicants are onshore USA organizations. The contract period runs for one year, commencing January 1, 2027, and concluding December 31, 2027, with no advance payments.
