Construction Management as Advisor Services for City Hall Renovation

The City of Camarillo seeks qualified firms to deliver construction management as advisor services for the Camarillo City Hall Renovation project. The scope of work involves participating in design kickoff meetings, preparing monthly status reports on budget and schedule progress, and establishing and maintaining a comprehensive project risk register covering design, permitting, procurement, decant, and construction risks. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid, and the selected vendor will perform all work onsite. A firm submitting on this opportunity cannot propose on or serve as a subconsultant to the concurrent architectural and engineering design solicitation.
