System Sustainment and Infrastructure Support Services for the SLDCADA Program

The Government requires end-to-end integrated system sustainment and infrastructure support services for the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application program. Needed services encompass program management, software engineering, system management, configuration management, customer support, release management, IT infrastructure management, and data and interface management support. Additional requirements include cloud or alternate data center hosting services migration, new user command and communities implementations, and Risk Management Framework Authority to Operate support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations under a Total Small Business set-aside, with the solicitation form noting Women-Owned Small Business provisions. The Government will evaluate proposals for award by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement, though evaluating options does not obligate the Government to exercise them. Performance will occur offsite.
