Village of Port Chester Residential Parking, Traffic Circulation, and Public Safety Study

The Village of Port Chester seeks proposals from qualified transportation planning, traffic engineering, and parking consulting firms to conduct a residential parking, traffic circulation, and public safety study. The selected consultant will provide professional services including project management, field data collection, an evaluation of existing on-street parking supply and utilization, emergency vehicle access assessments, and traffic circulation recommendations for the Edison/Brooksville/downtown residential area. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations capable of meeting mandatory New York State insurance requirements.
