Project Management Services for Federally Funded Public Facility Projects

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide project management services for federally funded public facility projects for a government authority located in Richmond, TX. Selected contractors will coordinate with County staff, develop a Project Management Plan, create a compliance matrix, and draft a stakeholder engagement plan. Additional responsibilities include coordinating contractor mobilization, conducting site visits, reviewing pay applications, performing subrecipient pre-award assessments, and creating a risk-based monitoring plan. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026. The resulting contract period will run for three years.
