University-Wide Pyrotechnics Display Services for Texas Football Home Games

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide university-wide pyrotechnics display services under a five-year contract. The selected contractor must handle the design, loading, and discharge of pyrotechnics displays choreographed and synchronized to a live instrumental performance or pre-determined recording, including a unique display for up to eight Texas Football home games.
