On-Call Surveying Services for the Town of Penfield

The Town of Penfield seeks proposals from qualified professional surveying firms to provide on-call surveying services for Town operations and capital improvement projects. Required tasks include topographic and existing conditions surveys, utility and drainage surveys, boundary and property surveys, right-of-way services, and electronic mapping deliverables. Eligible applicants must be onshore USA organizations with New York State licensed professional land surveyors and relevant municipal experience. Proposers must submit an electronic proposal of at most 15 pages via email by November 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM, and direct all questions to Mark Valentine by November 13, 2026. The Town evaluates submissions based on hourly rates and overall cost, rapid response capabilities, and team qualifications and experience.
