Real Estate Appraisal and Title Services for Fort Bend County

Fort Bend County seeks qualifications for professional real estate appraisal and title services under a three-year contract. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment to perform as-needed title searches and standard land appraisals adhering to USPAP Standard 3. Appraisals require a detailed highest and best use analysis, specific property photographs, GPS coordinates, detailed driving directions, sketches, and at least four narratively supported comparable sales.
