Milwaukee Transport Services RFP for Annual Employee Occupational Health Services

Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc. seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive occupational health services for its employees and pre-employment candidates. The required scope includes Department of Transportation regulated drug and alcohol testing, pre-employment and return-to-duty physicals, ergonomic analyses, medical consultations, and on-site testing such as audiograms, respirator fit tests, and pulmonary function tests. The contractor must perform approximately 450 annual drug and alcohol tests during operational hours running nearly 24/7. Eligibility requires onshore U.S. organizations to perform off-site services across a one-year contract term.
