Bali Tourism Development Market Analysis and Demand Assessment Consultancy Services

A government authority located in Washington, DC, in coordination with the World Bank Group team, requires consultancy services to deliver a market analysis and demand assessment for Bali tourism development. The selected consultant will forecast future domestic and international tourism demand, evaluate supply-side infrastructure and capacity requirements, prioritize Key Tourism Areas, and establish an analytical foundation to transition Bali from volume-based to value-based sustainable tourism. The scope also entails assessing Bali's readiness as a regional superhub connected to Lombok and Labuan Bajo, alongside drafting market development strategies covering aviation policy, visa reforms, and brand positioning. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply, and performance will take place offsite. The assignment carries a total budget of USD 200,000 across a 40-week duration.
