Pre-Employment Screening, Job Task Analysis, and Examination Services for Public Safety Applicants

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide pre-employment screening services for a government authority located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The selected contractor must conduct a Job Task Analysis, develop a structured oral assessment, and demonstrate a track record of developing, administering, and interpreting written examinations and structured oral assessments for public safety applicants regarding pre-employment and internal promotions. Contractors must also conduct a pilot validation study with a representative sample of incumbents, report relevant data analysis, and recommend dimension weightings, cut-off scores, and scoring methodologies. Additionally, the contractor will handle final written examination scoring, produce rank-ordered score lists with demographic and pass/fail details, and complete adverse impact ratio analyses. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization to perform the work offsite, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2026.
