Sandy City On-Site Medical Clinic Operation and Health Management Services

Sandy City Corporation seeks proposals from qualified vendors to operate the City's on-site medical clinic. The selected contractor must deliver comprehensive health and clinic management services, including staffing, network compatibility, telemedicine options, referral and send-out test processes, on-call coverage, prescription management, and operational reporting. Submissions must exclude pricing from the main proposal narrative and include a signed Exhibit B certification and insurance documentation. An evaluation committee will score proposals across 100 total points based on cost, clinic set-up and design, services offered, clinic staff, vendor information, and references.
