The buyer seeks a vendor to deliver food and beverage concessions services for a government authority located in Albany, NY. Menus must feature a variety of healthy food choices that are fresh, low in sugars and fat, and free of artificial additives or preservatives. Licensees may propose utilizing a self-contained food truck or mobile unit, or they may sell pre-packaged items from a park-provided classic carnival cart. The selected licensee must supply any proposed food truck or mobile unit, subject to the design review and approval of State Parks. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore United States organizations, and all work must be performed onsite. The resulting contract term will last for two years.
