Minimum qualifications
- Attendance at a minimum of one mandatory site visit
- Valid health department certifications
- No more than four (4) critical findings and a passing score on the most recent health inspection
- Compliance with all state health and safety regulations
- Compliance with all Federal, State and local laws, regulations, policies, permits and insurance pertaining to food industry
- Contractor must ensure no personnel involved are on the National Sex Offender Public Website
- Personnel may be requested to submit to a fingerprint-based Criminal History Background Investigation
