Minimum qualifications
- Must be registered with USAC Schools & Libraries and have an assigned Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN)
- Must have an FCC Registration Number
- Must be an authorized distributor or supplier for the products bid, evidenced by a signed letter from the manufacturer
- Must hold a current occupational license or business tax receipt according to Florida State Statutes
- Must furnish current references from three (3) commercial customers for the same or similar products and services
- Must not have been placed on the convicted vendor list for a public entity crime within the past 36 months
