Economic Development Strategy and Employment Land Assessment Services for County Laois

Laois County Council requires a consultant to deliver an Economic Development Strategy that establishes a framework for sustainable economic growth, job creation, enterprise development, and investment attraction across County Laois. The scope encompasses reviewing relevant economic policies, analyzing demographic and employment trends, delivering an Employment Land Assessment, and providing GIS-based mapping of key development zones and infrastructure. Additionally, the contractor will formulate strategic priorities, conduct scenario modeling, design an implementation and monitoring framework, and facilitate stakeholder consultations.
