Database Animal Identification Microchips and Microchip Scanners Service

The City of Dallas seeks a vendor to provide universal database animal identification microchips and microchip scanners for Dallas Animal Services. The selected vendor will perform the required work offsite under a one-year contract term. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Interested vendors must attend a pre-bid meeting on November 16, 2026, and submit all questions by November 27, 2026. Awardees must also provide a valid certificate of insurance meeting city requirements within 15 days of award notification.
