Advanced Waste Management System for Modernizing Residential Solid Waste Collection Operations

The buyer seeks an advanced waste management system to modernize residential solid waste collection operations and eliminate reliance on paper maps, paper-based processes, and informal staff knowledge. The vendor must provide a solution that digitizes collection routes, maps, service locations, route notes, and operational information while enabling real-time or near real-time visibility into route progress, completed stops, missed pick-ups, exceptions, and service issues. The system must support route planning and optimization, daily dispatch, in-field route guidance, service verification, exception tracking, reporting, supervisory oversight, and operational decision-making. It must also notify the public works educator of by-law compliance issues as they are reported.
