The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) pharmacy inventory management system. The requested scope includes flexible data retrieval, analytic and reporting tools, interoperability options supporting industry standards, and continuous system and workflow monitoring for critical events. The solution must support proactive problem solving for 24 x 7 x 365 operations and provide analytics for actionable insights, predictive resource planning, and quality benchmarking. Real-time synchronization to a mirrored reporting database is preferred. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations, and the work performance will be offsite.
