Photo and Video Production and Editing Services for Lansing Board of Water & Light

The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) requires a vendor to provide comprehensive photo and video services. The vendor will also take professional photographs of facilities, equipment, events, and staff, and handle all editing, retouching, and delivery in digital and print formats.
