Development Advisory Services

The Boise, Idaho government authority needs a vendor to provide development advisory services to assist the agency in understanding potential property uses, assessing risk, and performing feasibility and financial analyses. The selected representative will evaluate potential development opportunities, provide strategic project oversight, review project-related pro formas and financial modeling, and support the university in reviewing proposals by vetting developer qualifications, financial management plans, and ownership strategies. Only vendors operating onshore within the United States are eligible to bid, and the work requires onsite performance. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposal budgets. The buyer will hold an optional pre-bid conference on October 02, 2026, and sets the deadline for all questions on October 09, 2026. The contract term lasts for a period of one year.
