North Central Regional Transit District Professional Development and Retreat Facilitation Services

The North Central Regional Transit District requires professional development and retreat facilitation services for recurring annual leadership and governance engagements in Espanola, New Mexico. The selected vendor will manage project coordination and facilitate an annual two-day Leadership Development Session and Executive Leadership Team Retreat, an annual one-day Board of Directors Retreat, and optional additional sessions. Bidding is open to USA organizations capable of performing the offsite work. Offerors must submit one original unbound hard copy proposal in a sealed package. All questions are due by November 4, 2026, and final proposals must be submitted by November 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM Mountain Time. An Evaluation Committee of District managers and supervisors will evaluate and rank proposals based on established criteria, with the option to conduct interviews or virtual oral presentations. The resulting agreement will carry a contract term of two years.
