City of Port Moody Static Security Guard and On-Call Mobile Runner Services

The City of Port Moody is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP26-24) to secure a qualified contractor for static security guard, on-call security guard, and on-call mobile runner services. The selected contractor will provide facility patrols, customer service, access control, alarm monitoring, and first aid at the Civic Centre located at 100 Newport Drive, BC. The mobile runner must remain available 24 hours a day and respond to on-site alarms within 30 minutes of notification. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors in Canada. Assigned security personnel must possess standard uniforms, basic or emergency first aid certification, and valid security guard licensing as required by law. The contract term is three years, and the city is currently seeking proposal pricing for the requested scope of work.
