About this opportunity
AI summaryThe Maryland Department of Health's Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) seeks a vendor to provide communications development services offsite. The selected vendor will implement a target audience-centered creative strategy to develop new and updated print and digital educational materials, training videos, website content, interactive infographics, and social media assets based on new legislation and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. Eligibility is limited to certified small businesses registered with the Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs Small Business Reserve Program. Offerors must be USA-based, registered and in good standing with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation, and demonstrate at least three years of experience creating healthcare communication materials. Proposals must include two dated reference letters from within the last 12 months. Offerors must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals via eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) by November 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with written questions due at least seven days prior.
