Customer Relationship Management Solution

The University of Delaware is soliciting proposals on behalf of Development and Alumni Relations for an advancement Customer Relationship Management solution built on the Salesforce platform, alongside implementation services. The selected vendor must provide the software solution and handle implementation tasks, including configuration, data migration, cutover, CRM-side integrations, training, and go-live support, which may be delivered through a named subcontracted systems integrator. Work will be performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
