Town of Ramapo Council Room Audio and Video Phase II Installation Services

The Town of Ramapo is seeking proposals for Council Room Audio/Video Phase II to provide audio and video installation services on an as-needed basis. Eligible bidders are limited to onshore US organizations, and all work must be performed on-site in Rockland, NY, to the satisfaction of the IT Department. Applicants may deliver complete proposals in person or by mail to the Town of Ramapo Purchasing Department. Bidders must include a completed price schedule and comply with the Iran Divestment Act certification requirements. The Town will evaluate proposals based on the submission that conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Town. Bidders must hold their proposal prices firm for at least 45 days after the opening date.
