Human Resource Information System Replacement Software Licenses and Implementation Services

TVO Media Education Group requires software licenses and end-to-end implementation services for a modern, feature-rich Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The selected vendor must complete the offsite implementation by September 30, 2027, before the current HRIS contract expires in October 2027. Only onshore Canadian vendors are eligible to bid. Interested applicants must submit all questions online via MERX by November 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. Final proposals must be submitted electronically by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
