SUNY Geneseo LinkedIn Learning Platform Provider Request for Quotation

SUNY Geneseo is issuing this Request for Quotation to select a contractor to provide a browser-based and mobile-responsive LinkedIn Learning platform for 4,579 full-time employees. The platform must feature over 10,500 English digital courses across subjects like cloud computing, AI, and project management, while offering customizable learning paths, practice tools, live instructor broadcasts, learning management system integrations, and single sign-on support. To be eligible, contractors must be certified New York State Certified Minority- or Woman-Owned Business Enterprises, or Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses pursuant to state law. The contract term is three years. Vendors must submit proposal pricing using the Cost Worksheet for each year of the contract. Applicants must submit the entire completed and signed RFQ package electronically via email to Assistant Director of Procurement Cindy Cole at [email protected] by Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Submissions must include the completed PRICING – COST WORKSHEET, Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire, SFL139 form, ST-220-CA form, and valid NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability insurance certificates.
