Lease Office Space Services for Department of Mental Health and Developmental Services

The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) Office of Leasing and State Office Planning is requesting lease proposals for office space in Boston, MA. The leased space will serve two user agencies: the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). The selected landlord must build out the premises on a turnkey basis, complete all required improvements in adherence to space allocation specifications, and provide ongoing landlord services at their own cost. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will occur offsite. The Commonwealth prefers a fully gross lease rate. Interested proposers must complete and submit the Lease Proposal Form along with the required attachments by December 10, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Late proposals will not be considered.
