Westchester County Electrical Control System Upgrades Services Bid

The County of Westchester Bureau of Purchase and Supplies is requesting bids for electrical control system upgrade services. Scope of work includes refurbishing and installing MCC buckets, installing standalone VFDs with bypass for Lazy River thrusters, relocating and replacing power and control wiring, providing temporary electrical service during construction, grounding improvements, programming, commissioning, and testing. Only US organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit sealed physical bids containing the vendor name, bid number (RFB-WC-26341), and due date on the envelope to the Bureau of Purchase and Supplies in White Plains, NY, before 2 PM on November 12, 2026. Emailed and faxed bids are strictly prohibited. Guaranteed delivery time may be evaluated as a factor in determining the winning bidder.
