Construction Aggregate Materials and Soil Products

The buyer requires a qualified vendor to provide a wide range of aggregate materials, soil mixes, and related landscaping products to a government authority located in Dallas, TX. The requested scope includes various grades of crushed stone, gravel, specialized soil blends, recycled aggregate products, base material for roads and foundations, coarse fill and stabilization, erosion and slope protection, and surface stabilization and shoulders. Work performance will take place onsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors within the United States. A pre-bid meeting will take place on November 10, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026. The contract period will run for one year, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
