Professional Engineering and Consulting Services for the City of Wilton Manors

The City of Wilton Manors seeks statements of qualifications from qualified professional engineering, architectural, landscape architectural, surveying and mapping, planning, environmental, construction-management, and other consulting firms. Selected firms will provide continuing, as-needed services to support the city's capital assets and programs, including its Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act capital improvement program. The city intends to award continuing professional services agreements to multiple qualified firms across one or more service categories. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will take place onsite. Proposers may submit either an All-Category Multidisciplinary Proposal or a Category-Limited Proposal. Submissions are due by December 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM Eastern. The city will evaluate and rank All-Category Proposals as a group, while Category-Limited Proposals will be evaluated and ranked separately within each selected service category.
