Occupational and Physical Therapy Services for District Personnel

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide up to 25,000 hours of occupational therapy services and up to 10,000 hours of physical therapy services under the direction of District personnel in Connecticut. Therapists must be highly qualified, use best practices and research-based interventions, provide timely reports, and collaborate, train, assist, coteach, provide professional development, and consult with district staff upon request. The contractor must supervise its personnel, monitor services and billed time, and ensure contract adherence for work performed offsite.
