Scope of work
- Provide legal services in connection with NL Industries, Inc. v. Old Bridge Township, et al., Docket No. 3:13-cv-03493-AET-TJB
- Defend multi-party federal and state environmental litigation involving CERCLA claims
- Handle litigation matters involving the New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act
- Handle legal issues and litigation involving insurance coverage cases
- Work closely with the Township Attorney throughout the litigation
- Provide litigation services at no cost to the Township beyond authorized amounts
Minimum qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and appear before all State and Federal courts
- Must have experience representing public entities in multi-party federal and state environmental litigation cases involving CERCLA, the Spill Act and insurance coverage
- Must provide detailed description of qualifications, experience, and resumes of assigned personnel
- Must have litigation experience in insurance coverage cases
