Adaptation Pathways and Managed Retreat Education and Outreach Services

The Hawaii Office of Planning and Sustainable Development seeks adaptation pathways and managed retreat education and outreach services. The selected vendor must produce educational materials, such as fact sheets, brochures, checklists, posters, presentation slides, decision trees, and a professional literature reading list, while developing a comprehensive outreach branding package. Work will be performed offsite at the vendor's premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. Offerors must submit a priced proposal covering all tasks and costs, including a recommended progress payment schedule based on deliverables. Sealed offers are due by 11:30 a.m. HST on December 4, 2026, at the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development in Honolulu, Hawaii.
