Maternal Care Registered Nurse Consultant Services for Mississippi System of Care

The Mississippi State Department of Health seeks qualified bidders to provide a Maternal Care Registered Nurse Consultant to support the Mississippi Maternal System of Care. The selected consultant will participate in Maternal Center Inspection Teams, conduct on-site evaluations and chart reviews, advise on maternal trauma protocols, and assist in developing and updating the Maternal Care Plan. The contract term runs from January 6, 2027, through June 30, 2029. Eligible bidders must be USA-based organizations with at least five years of experience providing similar services, recent clinical maternal health experience, and a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license from a compact state with Mississippi eligibility. The agency evaluates bids to award one or more contracts to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bidders must submit questions by November 12, 2026, and deliver bids before 10:00 am CST on December 1, 2026, digitally via email or online.
