Lompoc Valley Transportation Needs Study for Santa Barbara County Association of Governments

The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments seeks a vendor to conduct the Lompoc Valley Transportation Needs Study. The study must assess existing transportation conditions across the Lompoc Valley—including the City of Lompoc, Mission Hills, Vandenberg Village, and Vandenberg Space Force Base—and identify improvements to enhance safety, accommodate growth, and address changing travel patterns. Required scope activities encompass project administration, existing condition analysis, stakeholder and advisory committee meetings, draft and final reports, board presentations, and a robust public outreach process budgeted at roughly 30 percent of the project total.
