Rocky View County Enforcement Services Plan and Service Delivery Review RFEOI

Rocky View County requests expressions of interest from qualified consulting firms to conduct an Enforcement Services Plan and service-delivery review. The project scope covers traffic enforcement, bylaw enforcement, and related administrative support functions to evaluate current service delivery and establish recommendations for a future service model. The County intends to use this process to refine its methodology, deliverables, and cost estimates rather than award an immediate contract. Only Canada onshore vendors performing work offsite are eligible to participate. Interested firms must submit questions by November 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM Alberta Time, and deliver complete responses by November 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM Alberta Time. Submissions must include non-binding indicative pricing ranges and cost drivers for market-sounding purposes.
