DeSoto County Board of Commissioners Lobbying and Grant Networking Services

The Board of County Commissioners of DeSoto County, Florida requests formal proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional lobbying services and the networking of grants with appropriations. The selected vendor must provide full-time representation by registered lobbyists in Tallahassee during the Legislative Session, attend Legislative Committee Weeks, monitor state actions, assist with legislative strategies, and coordinate grants with special appropriations to reduce county matching fund requirements. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for offsite performance, and the board may select one or more qualified firms. Interested respondents must submit their proposals by December 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern.
