Safe Parking Program Management and Crisis Intervention Services

The buyer seeks a qualified operator to manage a safe parking program across five designated locations in Beaverton, Oregon. The selected vendor will operate free safe parking sites for individuals experiencing homelessness and living in vehicles, manage participant enrollment, maintain vehicle rosters, provide case management toward stable housing, and deliver on-call crisis intervention services within 48 hours of notice.
